unit is used for lengthwise ripping of logs and balks. Rails on which
mobile cutting unit moves are equipped with log holding chucks.
Processing of the log is performed 0,1 m above ground level, which
makes it easy to load the log on the machine. Both vertical and
horizontal feeds have got a motor drive & strobes

This
machine saws logs of each length and diameter to 350
mm. Frame horizontal clearance of 580 mm, makes it possible to cut a
very thick log after one or two side cutting off in the band saw.
Several technical innovations is used in PRP-58 machine. Among others:
dynamic stress of blades, special openwork construction of saws, an
instrument for short log inserting and a set for quick feeding.
Construction of feeding trucks is changed completely with reference to
those of traditional one. They may be used for long and short logs
after minimal reinforcement.

PRP-58 machine functions as a traditional saw, multiple-saw, circular
saw for pallets. It is characterized by very small kerf.

Metalowy Board Edger OB II |
|
The rip saw is used for
edging boards at high speed. It has a function of automatic changing
the distance between saws.
It is equipped with a cut width controller,
which can be set on from a chosen distance from a control desk. That
gives the possibility of cutting each board at different width.
Changing or sharpening the saws is very easy. A laser version of this rip saw is also in production and electronic
of the width of edging.

The cutting - off machine is used
for transverse cutting of sawn timber. After blocking the feed and
resetting slide ways by 180o it can be also used for cutting
lengthwise. The transverse feed has a manual drive. The spindle is
supported on two bearings and gets drive from a motor by bands
